Companies need more women in top positions. A gender participatory audit can also help.

A BLF Štafeta educational event, intended for members of the Business Leaders Forum and ambassadors of the Diversity Charter, was devoted to the topic of women in leadership. At the event, Ľubica Rozborová, gender expert and founder of the RISOTO organization, presented how a gender audit helps companies to be inclusive employers.

“Our audit is not an inspection. We are here to help companies set up processes and guide them on the path of becoming an inclusive employer,” said Ľubica Rozborová. Gender participatory audit is based on international methodology, it is qualitative and participatory. Various areas are examined, such as corporate culture, internal processes, human resource management, and external corporate communication. “We will evaluate the current situation at the workplace. We will appreciate good practice, and at the same time we will offer specific and measurable solutions for improvement in problematic areas,” added Rozborová.
